We are now looking for temporary and vacation substitute treatment assistants for night and day shifts at Lenagården treatment center.

About the role

Working as a treatment assistant at Lenagården means supporting our clients in the treatment process that has been planned, as well as assisting and helping to organize and carry out their daily lives. You will collaborate in a team with therapists, nurses, and psychologists. You are responsible for structuring the daily routine together with the client, as well as planning, implementing, and following up on interventions. The work also includes documentation and medication delegation from the nurse.

About Lenagården treatment center

Lenagården has 12 places for individuals aged 18 and above. We offer tailored treatment programs based on CBT. Clients are offered both individual sessions and group therapy, where DBT is a method we work with. We provide support in everyday situations and tasks. We focus on the person's strengths and interests to utilize and develop them. Your experience and knowledge

You are preferably a trained treatment assistant or have experience working in similar settings. You see opportunities, are flexible, and have a strong commitment to people with psychiatric issues. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment. Additionally, you have good computer skills and strong proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
